We both know how difficult it can be when it comes to acquiring funds for your start-up or idea.  That is the worse thing about having great ideas, action, determination, and being broke!  You are forced to go out and look for investors in society where there is more of a dearth of them.  If you are lucky enough to find a fat-wallet investor, you have have to worry about paying them back.  This means it may take you even longer to get in profit mode.  This wait could cause many business and personal problems (depending on what type of agreement you enter into with your investor(s)) such as being late on your rent or mortgage payment, relationship issues,  employee issues, quality of service/product, etc.
